Terms and Conditions

1. At FC Scenery, it is prohibited to reproduce any of our products for resale. Any such activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities for identity theft.

2. At FC Scenery, we maintain and promote respect for our customers and employees. We do not tolerate disrespect towards any person, whether on our website, in chats, on social media, or via email.

3. FC Scenery accepts only the following payment methods for sales:

- PayPal (Primary)
- Credit/Debit Card (via Flow.cl)
- Cash (via bank transfer or Western Union)

4. The established periods for public promotions or discounts are:

- New Year's Sales (January 2nd to 7th)

- Welcome Autumn (March 15th to 21st)

- Independence Day (July 2nd to 7th)

- Summer Sales (July 15th to 21st)
- Anniversary Sales (October 2nd to October 10th).

- Black Friday Sale (November 20th to November 30th).

- Christmas Sales (December 15th to December 30th).

5. There may be special promotions lasting a few hours or on certain products, which you can find in a previously announced notice through our authorized channels.

6. Regarding updates in FC Scenery, we always keep the products up to date. Some countries will be updated to V2 versions. These updates will include:

- Maps updated to the current date.

- Cloud removal (We are committed to providing up to 90% of maps without clouds).

- Improved autogen in major cities, for example (Tokyo, London, NY, Toronto, and many more).

- Seasons of the year (Winter, Spring, and Summer). Autumn, due to the variation in colors and layers, is more difficult to produce and significantly changes the perspective; therefore, this season is not offered.

- A reduction of more than 30% in product size compared to version V1 in some countries, thus improving the performance of consumers' hard drives.

 

7. Our product can be stored on internal hard drives (Solid State Drive or Mechanical) as well as external drives (USB 3.0 and 3.2 recommended). Our work has been tested on various drives by us and our customers without any issues.

 

8. At FC Scenery, we develop our work for the following simulators:

- FSX (Flight Simulator X)
- Prepar3D (Versions V3-V4-V5-V6)

In versions like FSX and Prepar3D V3, the final product may appear different from the published images, as it is based on Prepar3D V5 or higher. However, it has been tested on all previous versions; it simply reflects a different perspective from the human eye.

 

9. FC Scenery's return and cancellation policies are strict, as these are digital products where the customer is provided with a link to the final product. Therefore, refunds are not available.

 

10. In the following cases, a refund may be issued, along with the applicable percentages:

- If you made a purchase and the payment was duplicated, you will receive a 100% refund, which will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

- If we don't provide you with the product links within 48 hours, you can request a full refund within 30 business days to your original payment method.

11. Upon purchase, we have a 24-hour shipping timeframe due to potential time zone differences between countries.

 

12. Our only social media platforms are Facebook and YouTube.

 

13. Our only contact email for support, sales inquiries, and general information is fcscenery@gmail.com.

 

14. Our links do not expire and will always be available to the customer.

 

15. We are located in Lima, Peru, in the GMT-5 time zone.
